Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy predictive models for forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, segmentation, and recommendation.
• Build RAG pipelines covering ingestion, embeddings, vector retrieval, reranking, and grounded generation.
• Evaluate proprietary and open\-source LLMs for accuracy, latency, cost, safety, and hallucination risk.
• Apply statistical inference, hypothesis testing, experimentation, and feature engineering to business problems.
• Build time\-series forecasting, market basket, and retail decision\-intelligence solutions as relevant.
• Expose models through APIs and collaborate with engineering teams on production deployment.
• Establish reproducible evaluation, model monitoring, versioning, and retraining practices.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 3\-5 years of applied data science or machine learning experience.
• Advanced Python skills including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn, and statistical analysis.
• Strong foundations in probability, statistics, experimentation, model validation, and interpretable ML.
• Hands\-on PyTorch or TensorFlow experience and familiarity with transformer\-based NLP.
• Practical experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, embedding search, and RAG evaluation.
• Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL for data extraction, feature development, and model data management.
• Experience with vector retrieval using pgvector, FAISS, or comparable vector search tools.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
