Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with a strong engineering background to develop, train, deploy, and maintain machine learning models in production environments. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on expertise in Python, machine learning frameworks, GCP, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and validate machine learning models using Python.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Apply machine learning techniques for prediction, classification, and optimization.
• Orchestrate ML inference and post\-processing pipelines using Argo Workflows on Kubernetes.
• Use Vertex AI for scalable model training, hyperparameter tuning, and validation.
• Build and maintain Python\-based training, inference, and feature engineering runtimes.
• Optimize production inference pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Manage trained model artifacts in Google Cloud Storage (GCS).
• Maintain model versioning, metadata, lineage, rollback, and auditability.
• Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies.
• Follow best practices for documentation, testing, and responsible AI.
• Participate in on\-call rotations for inference infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Strong hands\-on experience in Python for data science and machine learning.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit\-learn, and CatBoost.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Argo Workflows.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of feature engineering, model evaluation, and validation techniques.
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production.
• Understanding of MLOps principles and ML lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real\-time and batch inference systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD for machine learning pipelines.
• Knowledge of model monitoring, data/model drift detection, and automated retraining.

Candidate Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Strong engineering and production ML deployment experience.
• Updated LinkedIn profile.
• Valid UAN number.
