• *About the Role**

We are looking for a passionate and results\-driven Data Scientist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in developing end\-to\-end Machine Learning solutions and working on Natural Language Processing (NLP) use cases. You will be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing ML models that drive business decisions and enhance customer experiences.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, build, and deploy end\-to\-end Machine Learning models from data collection toproduction.
• Develop NLP solutions for use cases such as text classification, sentiment analysis, information extraction, and document processing.
• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model training, validation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to identify opportunities for data\-driven solutions.
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines and ensure reliable model deployment.
• Generate actionable insights through data analysis and predictive modeling.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong experience in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).Proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands\-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Experience in model deployment and ML pipeline development.
• Good understanding of statistics, data analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex business problems using data.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working in a product\-based organization.
• Exposure to travel\-tech, consumer\-tech, or large\-scale data environments.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and cloud\-based ML deployments is an added advantage.
• Experience Required
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related roles.
