We are seeking a highly skilled **Data Scientist** with strong expertise in Machine Learning, MLOps, and production\-grade AI systems. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models at scale while collaborating closely with data engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI\-driven solutions.
This role requires a strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, feature engineering, model evaluation, and modern MLOps practices within cloud\-native environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and data preprocessing to improve model performance.
- Build, train, validate, and deploy ML models for production use cases.
- Develop scalable ML pipelines and automate model training, deployment, and monitoring workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems.
- Monitor model performance, identify model drift, and implement retraining strategies.
- Establish best practices for model governance, reproducibility, and lifecycle management.
- Leverage containerized and Kubernetes\-based environments for model deployment and orchestration.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ML solutions, pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps.
Required Technical SkillsMachine Learning \& Data Science
- Strong hands\-on experience in **Python** for data science, machine learning, and analytics.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as:
- PyTorch
- scikit\-learn
- CatBoost
- XGBoost or similar libraries
- Strong understanding of:
- Supervised and unsupervised learning
- Feature engineering techniques
- Model selection and hyperparameter tuning
- Model evaluation and validation methodologies
- Statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Experience taking ML models from research and experimentation through production deployment.
MLOps \& Productionization
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles and machine learning lifecycle management.
- Experience building automated ML pipelines and CI/CD workflows for machine learning systems.
- Hands\-on experience with:
- Kubernetes
- Argo Workflows
- Containerization technologies (Docker preferred)
- Experience deploying and managing inference services in production environments.
- Understanding of model monitoring, observability, versioning, and governance practices.
Data Engineering \& Infrastructure
- Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, transformation, and feature store concepts.
- Familiarity with distributed computing and scalable data processing frameworks is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to ML orchestration, workflow automation, and model serving frameworks.
- Familiarity with experiment tracking and model registry tools.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
