DC Engineer

Title : DC Engineer. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Center Engineer to provide L2 support and optimize comprehensive data center operations. skill such as Windows; Linux; VMware; Storage; LAN/WAN; Network Firewalls; Load Balancers; AWS; Azure; or Google Cloud. This role involves supporting; maintaining; and optimizing data center infrastructure to ensure high levels of availability; security; and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • L2 Technical Support: Provide intermediate (L2\) support for technical issues related to data center infrastructure; ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption. • Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of data center infrastructure components including servers; storage; network equipment; and virtualization technologies. • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Perform proactive monitoring; routine checks; and troubleshooting of hardware; software; and environmental components to ensure data center stability. • Patching : Perform Patching for any of the Area :Server; Storage; Network devices; Firmware updates • Optimization: Support the optimization of data center operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross\-functional teams to assist in data center projects and initiatives; ensuring smooth execution and implementation. • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation related to data center processes; procedures; configurations; and incident management. • Security Practices: Implement and support data center security policies and best practices to safeguard against threats. • Capacity Planning: Assist in capacity planning and performance monitoring to ensure data center infrastructure can meet current and future demands.
