Job Description – Sales Executive (Electric LCV / EV)

• *Position:** Sales Executive / Dealer Sales Executive (DSE)
• *Salary Budget:** ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Purpose

To drive sales of Electric Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) by developing new business opportunities, identifying potential customers and building strong relationships with fleet owners, transporters and local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for Electric LCVs in the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell electric pickup vans and other electric commercial vehicles.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet fleet owners, transporters, traders and business customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV products.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, running costs and savings.
• Generate enquiries, conduct follow\-ups and convert leads into retail sales.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer preferences.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams for vehicle financing and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Automobile / Commercial Vehicle / LCV Sales.
• Candidates with EV sales experience will be preferred.
• Experience in selling Tata Ace, Mahindra Jeeto, Bolero Pickup or other LCV vehicles will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer\-handling skills.
• Must be comfortable with field sales and local market travel.
• Valid two\-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from automobile dealerships, commercial vehicle sales, electric vehicle sales or fleet sales backgrounds.
