Delivery Director - AMS/Cloud & Infrastructure

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AMS, Cloud, and Infrastructure services, aligning with overall business objectives and client needs.

• Oversee end\-to\-end delivery of application management services, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and adherence to SLAs.

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud\-native architectures and hybrid cloud solutions across major providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Manage and mentor a high\-performing team of engineering managers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all managed services, driving operational efficiency and cost optimization.

• Champion modernization initiatives, including automation, DevOps practices, and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance service delivery capabilities. • Collaborate with sales, pre\-sales, and solution architecture teams to develop winning proposals and expand service offerings.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for IT security, data privacy, and operational governance. Requirements

• Proven leadership experience (12\+ years) in managing large\-scale IT operations, Application Management Services, cloud services, and infrastructure delivery.

• Deep expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including IaaS, PaaS, and serverless architectures, with relevant certifications preferred. • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (ITIL certification preferred) and extensive experience with DevOps methodologies and tools.

• Extensive experience with enterprise application landscapes, databases, middleware, and integration technologies.

• Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, drive cost efficiencies, and negotiate vendor contracts effectively.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client\-facing skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels.

• Experience in leading and scaling global or distributed technical teams.

• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills coupled with a strategic mindset and business acumen.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field; Master's degree highly preferred
