• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital transformation programs across the enterprise.

• Oversee the end\-to\-end lifecycle management of core enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, and HRIS, ensuring optimal performance and integration.

• Drive the adoption and optimization of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to enhance scalability, security, and cost\-efficiency.

• Champion the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI/ML\-driven process automation solutions across various business functions.

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

• Mentor and lead a high\-performing team of engineers and solution architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget.

• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, evaluating new technologies and partners to support future digital initiatives.

• *Requirements**

• 12\+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a significant focus on digital transformation and enterprise solutions.

• Proven expertise in leading large\-scale implementations of ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and other core enterprise systems.

• Deep understanding and hands\-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud\-native architectures.

• Solid background in AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, with experience in deploying automated solutions.

• Strong program and project management skills, including familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

• Experience in managing complex vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.

• Financial acumen with experience managing multi\-million dollar technology budgets
