- *About Sign3**
Sign3 is an AI\-first customer intelligence platform powering fraud prevention, risk scoring, and onboarding decisions for leading FinTechs, banks, and digital businesses. Our SDKs and APIs analyze device, behavioral, and digital footprint signals to detect synthetic identities, mule accounts, and other fraud vectors in real time. We work with top players across credit cards, lending, and neo\-banking, processing millions of risk events per day at millisecond\-level latency.
- *The Role**
We are looking for a Delivery Lead to own end\-to\-end delivery of Sign3's fraud prevention intelligence suite to our banking and FinTech customers — including deployments within bank data centers. Every customer engagement is different, and the delivery may span a different combination of our SDKs, APIs, risk scoring engine, device intelligence and behavioral analytics products depending on the customer's needs.
You will be the single point of accountability for getting Sign3 live at a customer. This is a high\-ownership, customer\-facing role. You will drive the delivery — coordinating Sign3's engineering, product, and DevOps teams and the customer's engineering, security, and infrastructure teams — to ensure the design, deployment, testing, and stabilization all happen on time, at the right quality, and against agreed commitments.
This role starts as an individual contributor and is expected to grow into leading a small team of delivery engineers as Sign3 scales its enterprise customer base.
- *What You'll Do**
- Own the end\-to\-end delivery of Sign3's fraud prevention intelligence suite at customer sites — from
- kickoff through production go\-live and stabilization
- Serve as the single point of accountability for the customer engagement — driving Sign3's internal teams and the customer's teams to a successful outcome
- Spend regular time onsite at bank and FinTech customer locations, building strong working relationships with their engineering, security, InfoSec, and infrastructure teams
- Coordinate the delivery lifecycle — design reviews, environment readiness, integration cycles, UAT, production rollout, and hypercare — without needing to be the person executing each step
- Own delivery timelines, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting to both customer and Sign3 leadership
- Manage change\-approval processes, deployment windows, and go\-live coordination inside enterprise banking environments
- Handle escalations calmly — coordinate root cause analysis, drive resolution across teams, and keep customer commitments intact
- Partner closely with Sign3 engineering, product, and DevOps teams — feed real\-world customer learnings back into the product and delivery playbook
- Build and improve delivery playbooks, integration runbooks, and governance frameworks as Sign3 scales to more customers
- Grow into leading a team of delivery engineers as Sign3's enterprise customer base expands
- *What We're Looking For**
- 2\+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, implementation management, or a similar customer\-facing role owning outcomes
- Strong knowledge or hands\-on experience with the banking, NBFC, or FinTech industry — how these organizations operate, procure, integrate, and go live with technology partners
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability — a track record of taking a customer commitment and driving it to closure, not just tracking status
- Excellent communication skills — able to hold your own with a bank's technology, security, and business leaders, and equally comfortable driving discussions with Sign3's internal engineering and product teams
- Sharp coordination and stakeholder management — comfortable running multiple threads across internal and external teams simultaneously
- Comfort with enterprise customer environments: multi\-stakeholder engagements, change\-approval processes, formal governance, and long sales\-to\-live cycles
- Calm under pressure — production go\-lives, tight timelines, and customer escalations don't rattle you
- Willingness to travel and be onsite at customer locations as needed
- A working understanding of software systems, APIs, and integrations — enough to hold credible conversations with engineering teams on both sides, even if you're not personally writing code or doing hands\-on deployment
- *Bonus Points**
- Prior delivery experience with banks, NBFCs, or large FinTechs as customers
- Engineering foundation (B.Tech / BE / BSc in CS, IT, or related), or prior hands\-on experience as a software / DevOps / integration engineer
- Exposure to on\-premise or dedicated\-tenancy enterprise deployments
- Familiarity with banking systems, payment infrastructure, or how regulated financial institutions operate
- Experience with fraud detection, risk, KYC, identity, or related BFSI domains
Prior experience leading a small delivery or integration team
