- Lead end\-to\-end Agile Development and Production Support engagements.
- Manage fixed\-price programs with ownership of delivery, quality, schedule, and financial outcomes.
- Drive automation, AI adoption, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Lead cloud\-native, microservices, Kubernetes, and DevOps\-based delivery programs.
- Manage project financials, profitability, EBITDA improvement, and resource planning.
- Build and mentor high\-performing engineering and support teams.
- Establish SRE, observability, and reliability engineering practices.
- Engage with executive stakeholders and customers to ensure successful outcomes.
