With the rapid pace of change in today's world, you will help provide insights and enable delivery to address questions such as: How do organizations access, develop, and motivate their workforce? What should the AI strategy be for the HR function? Do they have the right organization and culture to enable performance? Join our team to help make work better for humans and humans better at work. **Position Summary** **Level:** Consultant \- Learning \& Development

  • *Work** **you’ll** **do:*** Support the Senior Consultant in delivering the workstream \- taking ownership of discrete deliverables (e.g., a specific content module, pathway update, or reporting cycle) rather than the end\-to\-end workstream itself.
  • Help facilitate approved interventions that address shortcomings identified in KPI results versus targets, and draft recommendations for Senior Consultant review.
  • Draft detailed learning outlines (topic areas/modules with estimated completion time) and design learning storyboards that go beyond traditional learning to include interactive and gamified elements, as applicable to the learning need.
  • Develop supporting learning materials \- guidebooks, participant guides, impact maps, and scripts for learning videos \- using the client’s existing tools, approved brand guidelines, and templates.
  • Incorporate client review feedback into learning content, make approved updates to existing content, and submit the updated content to the LMS.
  • Review existing content periodically and draft recommendations for updates; prepare obsolete content for retirement (at least quarterly) upon client LMS team sign\-off.
  • Coordinate with the LMS team to add virtual and on\-demand learning content to the appropriate learning forum, publish training materials, and request updates to learning profiles (workforce data, competencies, skills, certifications, completion data) upon LMS team approval.
  • Request assignment of required learning to the right audience and enrollment in on\-demand or instructor\-led learning (securing approvals per the SOP), and monitor enrollment thresholds and waitlists.
  • Prepare instructors by creating trainer guides that also cover facilitation soft skills, and complete post\-session activities such as updating attendance and sharing session recordings.
  • Facilitate learning evaluation activities to confirm completion status; monitor completion against due dates, send reminder communications, and support escalations for non\-compliance; and conduct learner surveys to collect feedback on training effectiveness.
  • Use collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams) to enable knowledge sharing, connect people with similar interests or business problems, and foster peer\-to\-peer learning.
  • Support client\- and vendor\-facing conversations under Senior Consultant guidance, building foundational consulting skills such as needs\-gathering and structured communication.
  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (content, learning technology/AMS, change management) to support integrated, high\-quality delivery.
  • Stay current with emerging L\&D trends, learning technologies, and AI\-enabled learning practices to bring fresh thinking to the account
  • *The team:** **Organization Workforce and Change**

The Organization, Workforce \& Change (OWC) practice is about transforming the organization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. OWC begins by bringing together all solutions that serve the workforce lifecycle, including design of engaging learning solutions that help our clients build a learning organization and culture. It also focuses on evaluating and implementing the full learning technology stack and building the most effective strategies to support performance. Transformation may include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, re\-designing the organization structure, and requiring a combination of change management actions to execute. To enable our success, it is critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.

  • *Qualifications** **Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:*** 3\-6 years of experience in Learning \& Development, instructional design, or learning technology, including experience within a service delivery, managed services, or shared services environment.

  • Working knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors Learning) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
  • Experience with learning event logistics \- scheduling, enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
  • Foundational understanding of learning technology ecosystems and content curation practices.
  • Foundational consulting skills \- structured communication, needs\-gathering, and synthesis \- with the ability to contribute analysis and options, not just execute tasks.

  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills; ability to synthesize data into clear, accurate reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including learner\-facing support communication.
