- *Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated and result\-oriented **Demand Generation Executive** to drive outbound lead generation initiatives and build a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will identify and engage potential customers through multiple outreach channels, qualify leads, and collaborate closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into business growth. **Responsibilities:*** Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities through mail campaigns, events, social media, networks, cold calling, etc.
- Responsible for nurturing the leads and connecting with potential customers/ clients to pitch company products \& services, and provide a holistic view of the services of the company.
- Provide engaging and articulate information about our value proposition to potential customers.
- Direct prospects to the sales team (ISR/BD).
- Develop a strong knowledge of our products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
- Understand how the benefits of our products and services can meet customers' needs in various business verticals.
- Maintain the database/tracker/CRM up\-to\-date to keep track of customer information and requirements on a timely basis.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- ------------------------------------
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Demand Generation, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in B2B IT, SaaS, Cloud, or Technology Sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent prospecting and lead qualification abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and lead generation platforms is an added advantage.
- Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- *Preferred Skills**
- -------------------
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft 365, or other cloud technologies.
- Understanding of consultative selling and B2B sales processes.
- Experience in account\-based marketing (ABM) or outbound sales campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment.
