We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in lead generation. The primary objective of this role would be to generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
\- Research and identify potential customers (prospects) using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and other databases.
\- Build lists based on Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer Personas.
\- Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company’s products or services.
\- Craft relevant messages to engage prospects.
\- Use frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to assess lead quality.
\- Determine if prospects meet the criteria to become a sales\-qualified lead (SQL).
\- Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
\- Accurately log and track all prospect interactions in the CRM.
\- Maintain up\-to\-date records of lead status and communication history.
\- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
\- Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead follow\-up.
\- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to better tailor outreach efforts.
\- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
\- Track and report to the Pre\-Sales Team Lead on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, email response rates, and conversion rates.
