Role Objective / Major Purpose of the Job To create the external business development strategy and execution plan for Cadila CRO. Develop long strategic partnerships and generate new business opportunities. Associate with key senior management members to set and execute new short and long\-term business strategies for Cadila CRO. And Develop and nurture the global business team and maintain the healthy P\&L statement/s. Principal Tasks \& Responsibilities: To explore and seek business opportunities for Cadila CRO from the pharmaceutical industry and manage liaison with the client. To constantly develop and maintain a strong network of clients. Display company's capabilities through presentations \& facility tours. Develop strategies and implement actions that will convert customers to add value in company's proposition Ensure optimum utilization of capacity and fill the gap through strategic planning and execution To attend national and international exhibitions and conferences and make presentations and promote the services at Cadila CRO. To interface between Cadila CRO and clients and ensure timely submission of RFIs \& RFPs to the clients. Establish and monitor the achievement of the set goals, taking necessary action as needed to ensure the set targets are achieved Manage and create strong team spirit and morale across the business and project management team/s Synchronize with concerned teams in reviewing \& finalizing CDA, RSA, MSA, project contract. Generating leads, closely work with the proposal, feasibility and finance team members, bid the project and close the deal. Project quote negotiation \& finalization with the clients.
