Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Lead industrial engineering, design, installation and commissioning of processing plants.

Expertise in material handling systems, including belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, feeders, hoppers and silos.

Manage steam generation, boilers, steam turbines and captive power systems.

Oversee pumps, fans, blowers and industrial utility systems.

Lead engineering project execution, technical evaluations and vendor coordination.

Drive preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability and plant efficiency.

Manage engineering budgets, cost optimization and critical spares.

Lead engineering and maintenance teams across project sites and operating facilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:Strong technical expertise in industrial engineering and mechanical systems.

Proven experience in material handling, steam and power generation, and plant utilities.

Experience in industrial project execution, commissioning and plant maintenance.

Strong leadership, team management and cost\-control capabilities.

Educational Qualifications:B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Preferred).Additional certifications in Project Management, Plant Engineering, Maintenance Management or related technical fields will be an added advantage.
