Job Description

The Deputy Manager \- B \- CAT will be responsible for overseeing and managing various operational tasks within the CAT (Customer Acquisition and Technology) team. This role involves strategizing customer acquisition initiatives, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. The Deputy Manager will also monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with company policies, and implement process improvements to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and enhance customer offerings.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a high\-performance culture.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve departmental goals.
