- *Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to design and implement customer\-focused initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide leadership with insights into customer interactions and business performance.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to support decision\-making processes and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer engagement strategies and propose enhancements based on findings.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts within the team to foster a culture of data\-driven decision\-making.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in customer analytics and insurance.

- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey insights to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., R, Python, SAS, or equivalent).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and experience design principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
