Define and drive the university relations and early talent strategy aligned to business priorities
Build and manage strategic academic partnerships for hiring, innovation, and capability building
Lead campus hiring and early career programs (Internships, Apprenticeships, Trainee Onboardings, Trainee Performance Management) end\-to\-end
Represent DTICI in academia–industry collaborations and forums
Employer Branding
Define and drive the enterprise Employer Branding and EVP strategy to position DTICI as an employer of choice across key talent segments
Partner with HR, business, and communications teams to translate employee experience, culture, and business strategy into a compelling employer brand narrative across digital and talent platforms (social media, careers site, campaigns, leadership and employee storytelling)
