The Deputy Manager – Administration is responsible for supporting the overall administration and operational efficiency of the hospital. The role involves coordinating clinical and non\-clinical departments, managing facilities and support services, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing patient experience, and implementing administrative policies to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day\-to\-day management of hospital operations.
- Ensure seamless coordination between clinical, nursing, diagnostic, and support service departments.
- Support hospital leadership in achieving organizational goals and quality standards.
- Oversee patient registration, admission, discharge, and feedback processes.
- Ensure timely resolution of patient complaints and grievances.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving patient care and service quality.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.
- Coordinate with engineering, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Support accreditation processes such as NABH, NABL, and other quality certifications.
- Maintain administrative records, licenses, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of administrative supplies and services.
- Coordinate staffing requirements with HR and department heads.
- Monitor attendance, manpower deployment, and support staff performance.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring departmental budgets.
- Track administrative expenses and identify cost\-saving opportunities.
- Ensure optimal utilization of hospital resources.
- Participate in quality assurance and process improvement programs.
- Analyze operational data and prepare management reports.
- *Skills \& Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3 yr ex required.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare regulations.
- Knowledge of NABH accreditation standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
Pay: From ₹481,002\.58 per year
