• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR Operations, and Statutory Compliance for our textile manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to plant HR, workforce management, and HR business partnering in a manufacturing environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Drive end\-to\-end recruitment for staff and plant positions.
• Lead Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development initiatives.
• Manage the Performance Management System (PMS), goal setting, and appraisal processes.
• Oversee employee engagement, retention, welfare, and organizational development programs.
• Handle manpower planning and workforce budgeting.
• Ensure smooth HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for management review.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Experience in Textile, Garment, Yarn, Fabric, Apparel, or Manufacturing Industry preferred.
• Strong exposure to plant HR operations and workforce management.
• Ability to independently handle HR functions and support business growth.

• *Budget:** ₹10–12 LPA
• *Industry Preference:** Textile Manufacturing / Apparel / Yarn / Fabric Production / Garment Manufacturing.

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
