### **The team**

Our Internal Audit team works with leading real\-estate organizations to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks. The team supports clients in enhancing operational efficiency, compliance, and business performance through risk\-based reviews and process assessments.

### **Your work profile**

• Lead execution of internal audit and process review engagements across real\-estate sector clients
• Plan and manage audit activities, including risk assessment, process walkthroughs, and control evaluations
• Review work performed by team members and ensure quality of audit documentation and deliverables
• Identify key business risks, control weaknesses, and process improvement opportunities
• Prepare and review audit reports, management presentations, and executive summaries
• Engage with client management to discuss audit observations, recommendations, and remediation plans
• Manage engagement timelines, team coordination, and stakeholder communications
• Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client relationship management
• Mentor and guide junior team members throughout engagement execution

### **Key skills required**

• Education: CA with 3\-4 years of relevant experience, or Semi\-Qualified CA with 5\-6 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in Internal Audit, Process Audit, Risk \& Controls, or related areas
• Sound understanding of business processes, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks
• Experience in leading audit workstreams and managing client interactions independently
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, report\-writing, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and audit documentation tools
