• *The team**

Our Infrastructure \& Real Estate team delivers commercial interior and workplace fit\-out projects, with a strong focus on Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and project management. The team works across design, procurement, site execution, testing, commissioning and handover to deliver safe, high\-quality projects on time and within budget.

• *Your work profile**

• Lead end\-to\-end MEP project management for hyperscale and enterprise data center build\-outs
• Review engineering designs and ensure optimal implementation of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems
• Manage EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders across project lifecycle
• Drive adherence to Uptime Institute Tier standards, local regulations, and EHS compliance
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, cost control, and procurement strategies
• Coordinate closely with civil, IT, and operations teams for seamless system integration
• Lead risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling
• Oversee testing, commissioning (IST), and final handover of data center infrastructure
• Prepare executive dashboards, project reports, and stakeholder communications
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of global best practices in project delivery

• *Key skills required**

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 10\+ years of experience in project management with strong MEP expertise
• Minimum 5\+ years experience in data center or mission\-critical infrastructure projects
• Strong technical knowledge of cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH), UPS, DG, HT/LT systems, BMS, and fire systems
• Experience with Uptime Tier certification, LEED, and sustainability practices
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation capabilities
• Experience with project management frameworks (PMP / PRINCE2 preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Excel, and reporting tools
