• *Deputy Manager\-Global S\&I, Reporting \& Analytics\-Bengaluru**

The Sustainability \& Infrastructure (S\&I) team is part of the global firm. We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self\-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close\-knit team. We are seeking a person with at least 7 years of sales analytics experience in the strategy and consulting space with strong analytics and data storytelling skills.

• *Work you'll do**

As a Deputy Manager, Global S\&I, Reporting \& Analytics on the Sustainability \& Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for:

• Lead periodic and custom sales and pipeline reporting, data management, and assigned analytics workstreams; respond to ad hoc analytical requests by clarifying business questions, assessing urgency and effort, and delivering timely, decision\-relevant insights.
• Oversee data integration and reporting solutions across customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Conduct advanced analysis of sales and pipeline data; combine financial and qualitative insights with internal knowledge and market context to identify patterns, assess opportunities, and develop recommendations.
• Develop and present Microsoft PowerPoint materials that translate analysis into clear, decision\-oriented messages for Deloitte leaders, with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to automate repeatable tasks, reports, and insights using Excel macros, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Power Query, and artificial intelligence tools and agents such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude where appropriate.
• Manage project delivery by aligning priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies with senior stakeholders; guide junior team members and develop working relationships with global counterparts.

The team is at the core of the Firm's strategy, working with industries and practice. Specifically, the sales analytics team is responsible for driving S\&I sales and pipeline reporting, developing analytical insights that inform win rates and executive decisions.

• *Qualifications**

Required

• Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• 7\+ years of experience in sales analytics
• Experience developing sales and pipeline reporting using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft PowerPoint to develop reporting and presentations
• Experience using extract, transform, and load (ETL) tools and Excel macros or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate reporting processes
• Experience developing PowerPoint presentations based on sales and pipeline analysis
• You can expect to co\-locate on average 2 times a week with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations.

Preferred

• Experience in a consulting firm or corporate strategy function
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude to support reporting or analysis workflows
