- *Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables:**
- Responsible to generate and drive sales \& revenue generation from territory
- Achieving Sales target and mapping potential market
- Responsible for all the Sales \& Marketing activities, All major order finalizations, Growth of the business.
- Assigning sales \& other functional targets to team members and ensuring compliance for the same by motivating and training the team.
- Identifying \& development of new customers/ Dealer from different Industry segments.
- Conducting dealers meet, architects meet \& carpenters meet to communicate about products and drive sales
- Market study \& research, competition benchmarking on an ongoing basis
- Building relations with external customers like dealers, distributors, and architects \& designers
- Generating and monitoring ROI for all the dealers
