reparing specifications, BOQs, Tender Documents \& cost estimates of the project for the above mentioned services
esponsible for generating work plan ideas as well as providing work instructions to the assigned team
oordinate with staff to meet the budget and design schedules of the project
hould have good knowledge of costing and estimation along with Budget.
hould be able to prepare rate analysis as per DSR and other related norms.
dentifying the interferences between different services, coordination as per the other services with the Architectural/Structural plan and generating the sections as required.
nowledge on HVAC Systems as per IS, NBC, ASHRAE, ISHRAE etc
