• *Design \& Development/CAD Engineer (1 vacancy):**

• **Rs 23000\+ (2 yrs\+ experience), Rs 20,000 \- 23,000 (Degree fresher), Rs 18,500 (Diploma Fresher)**
• Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical, Automobile, Manufacturing, Industrial and allied branches.
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD or similar software
• Basic knowledge of tool and mould design (Preferred)
• CNC Lathe Siemens controller \- programming and machine setting (not mandatory)

• *Job functions \-**

• Researching, preparing and updating design concepts, engineering plans, technical drawings and graphics for new and existing products.
• Creating accurate two\-dimensional drawings and three\-dimensional models of products, moulds, dies, tooling and fixtures using computer\-aided design software.
• Preparing manufacturing drawings that include dimensions, tolerances, material specifications and bills of materials, and releasing them in line with the Company’s document\-control procedure.
• Developing and testing prototypes and samples, and recording and reporting the results.
• Assessing designs and prototypes for risks, defects and compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Identifying and recommending design and process improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce cost and material wastage.
• Maintaining engineering records, drawing revisions and design documentation in an organised and upto\-date manner.
• Supporting the production team during trials and manufacturing of your designs, and resolving designrelated issues on the shop floor.
• Coordinating with the production, quality, maintenance, purchase and other departments, and with customers’ technical teams, as required.
• Performing any other work reasonably connected with your role that the Management may assign.
