Mechanical design manager with 15\-20 years of experience in industrial machinery design, component selection, engineering BOM preparation etc. Design experience of plastics pipe extrusion machinery design is preferred choice.
Operating skill \& good experience with design software like Creo, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Solid edge or other simulation tools is required.
Experience \& knowledge of handling ERP system is required.
Experience with PLM (Product Lifecyle Management) tools. Experience with Windchill is preferred.
Experience with analytical tools, ANSY, CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) is a plus
Knowledge about various materials \& manufacturing processes is required.
Experience / knowledge about various power \-transmission systems is required.
Good knowledge about various standards \& compliances like BIS, ASTM, DIN, ISO, UL etc. is required.
Experience in the use of GD\&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) methodology
This role will be a part of Extrusion product design in India \& global team.
