Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and design\-focused **Design Manager – Studio Head** to lead the design team at our studio in Jaipur. The role involves managing the complete design journey, understanding client requirements, developing design concepts, guiding designers, and supporting business conversion through strong design presentations and client engagement.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining design quality, improving team productivity, and ensuring a smooth client experience from initial consultation to final design approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the studio's design team, ensuring high\-quality design output.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and creative interior design solutions.
• Oversee design concepts, space planning, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Guide the team in preparing design presentations, material selections, and BOQs.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to improve design approvals and project conversions.
• Coordinate with the Business Manager and sales team to support business growth through design expertise.
• Monitor design timelines, team productivity, and project progress.
• Ensure design proposals meet client expectations, project budgets, and execution requirements.
• Maintain strong coordination with site execution, production, and installation teams.
• Mentor designers, review their work, and support their professional development.
• Ensure a premium client experience throughout the design journey.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably in complete home interiors and modular solutions.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a design team.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior execution.
• Strong client\-handling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
• Commercial understanding to support client conversions through design.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000\.16 \- ₹80,000\.55 per month
