• *Job Summary**

Kantaflex Pvt. Ltd. is seeking talented and enthusiastic engineering graduates to join as Designer Trainees. The role offers hands\-on exposure to engineering design, strength of materials, engineering calculations, AutoCAD drafting, technical documentation, and product development activities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Prepare engineering drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.

· Perform strength of materials and engineering calculations.

· Assist in design validation and product development activities.

· Prepare detailed technical drawings and design documentation.

· Support load calculations and engineering analysis activities.

· Coordinate with production and quality teams for design implementation.

· Review engineering drawings and technical specifications.

· Maintain design records, revisions and documentation.

· Participate in product improvement initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• *Education:**

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• Freshers only.

• *Technical Skills:**

• Knowledge of Strength of Materials.
• Engineering calculations and analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of engineering fundamentals.
