We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer L1 to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and end\-user devices. The candidate should have experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and basic network\-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first\-level support for desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Configure and support Microsoft Office and Outlook applications.
Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and related devices.
Perform software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi\-Fi, DNS, and DHCP.
Provide remote and onsite user support.
Manage and update support tickets as per SLA.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher\-level support teams.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
