Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (L1\) to provide first\-level technical support to domestic users. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and basic networking issues, along with good communication and customer\-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support to end users through calls, emails, and tickets.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral\-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems.
• Resolve hardware and software\-related issues.
• Provide support for MS Office, Outlook, and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
• Assist users with password resets and account unlocks.
• Create, update, and manage tickets using ticketing tools.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the L2 support team.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
• MS Office and Outlook troubleshooting.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN).
• Printer and peripheral troubleshooting.
• VPN and remote desktop support.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000\.00 per year
