Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and email\-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
• Provide support for LAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, and other network\-related issues.
• Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain proper support records.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to join immediately.

Important Requirements

• **B.E. / B.Tech qualification is mandatory.**
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Local Mumbai candidates are preferred.
