• *Job Description:**

We are looking for a System Administrator who can manage and support operating systems and networking tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Windows desktop/laptop installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and network\-related issues.
• Basic LAN, Wi\-Fi, DHCP troubleshooting.
• New user system setup, software installation, and IT onboarding support.
• Provide day\-to\-day technical support to all Chennai office users as well as our Site office users.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, system allocation, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware repairs, networking, internet, and other technical issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
• Assist with Outlook, Teams, and other standard IT application\-related issues.
• Support IT offboarding activities, including asset collection and system/data\-related requirements.
• Maintain IT support/incident records and prepare necessary reports.
• Ensure proper maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure at the Chennai office.
• Handle other routine IT support and technical activities assigned by the IT Manager.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream / Diploma in IT or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in IT support, IT Executive, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Server.
• Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to provide on\-site support and learn new technologies.

• **Local Candidate Preferred***

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
