Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and confident candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience and excellent communication skills. The candidate should be comfortable handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and providing professional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat.
• Communicate effectively in English
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues on time.
• Follow company processes and maintain service quality.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Desktop Support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and problem\-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong customer\-handling and coordination skills.
• Experience into AD, Troubleshooting, Ticket

Pay: Up to ₹450,000\.00 per year
