Desktop Support Engineer L1

• Provide remote and basic onsite IT support.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, and desktop issues.
• Create, update, and resolve IT support tickets.
• Assist with Active Directory user accounts and password\-related issues.
• Provide basic support for DNS, DHCP, printers, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot basic desktop and hardware issues.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams for complex issues.
• Maintain good communication and customer service.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
