Desktop Support Engineer

Flymedia Technology is looking for a motivated **Desktop Support Engineer** to join our IT support team. **Freshers are welcome to apply**.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of **Windows and Linux operating systems**, computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting. Candidates with a willingness to learn and strong problem\-solving skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot **Windows and Linux operating systems**.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure applications, drivers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot printers, network connectivity, and basic system issues.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of **Windows and Linux/Ubuntu**.
• Understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
