Desktop Support Engineer

Key Requirements: • Technical Skills: Hands\-on experience with Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory, basic networking, hardware assembly/disassembly, and remote support tools. • Soft Skills: Strong problem\-solving abilities, good verbal and written communication skills, multitasking capability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Education: 12th Pass or above. • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: • User Support: Resolve hardware and software\-related issues. • Installation \& Configuration: Set up new computers, install operating systems (Windows), drivers, and applications; manage system imaging and hardware upgrades (RAM, storage drives). • Maintenance \& Security: Perform regular updates, patch management, antivirus scans, and ensure compliance with security policies. • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, peripherals (printers, scanners), networks, and common software (Outlook, MS Office). • Documentation: Prepare user guides, maintain issue logs, and document IT procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
