Desktop Support ( IT Support)

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Troubleshooting technical issues including hardware asset troubleshooting and Cloud VOIP Platform.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults including any hardware issues like\- RAM upgrade, SSD upgrade.
• Resolving network issues.
• Prior experience in Access Provisioning, CRM Software
• Maintaining hardware inventory stock.
• Familiarity with Google workspace (G\-Suite).
• Installing and configuring hardware and software including formatting laptops.
• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, desk side support, resident engineer or a similar role.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.

• *Other Requirements:**

• Minimum qualification\- Graduate or diploma in relevant IT domain
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Be available for on\-site support during agreed\-upon hours/days.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹200,000\.00 per year
