Despatch, Logistics & Administrative Executive

• *Dispatch \& Logistics**

· Coordinate packing of finished goods as per daily delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and timely deliveries.
• Monitor shipment status and provide dispatch updates to sales teams.
• Maintain dispatch records and ensure proper filing of all documents.
• Coordinate with stores and production departments to ensure material readiness for dispatch.
• Follow up on LR, proof of delivery (POD) and Cheque on Delivery (COD)
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock of packing materials.

• *Administration**

• Coordinate housekeeping, security, and facility management activities.
• Manage office supplies, stationery, and consumable inventory.
• Assist purchase department in local purchasing
• Support HR and accounts departments with administrative documentation.

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2\-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or office administration.
• Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
• Knowledge transport coordination is desirable.

• *Skills Required**

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

• On\-time dispatch performance.
• Accuracy of dispatch documentation.
• POD / COD collection and record maintenance.
• Administrative efficiency and office support quality.
• Compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements.

Annual Bonus, PF and ESI facility is available as per government rules

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
