Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Position Description

We are looking for an experienced Informatica Developer / Senior Developer with 5–8 years of experience in ETL development and data integration. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Informatica, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Python, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. This role is based at the client's office in Chennai and involves developing and supporting enterprise data integration solutions.

• *Your future duties and responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Create and maintain data integration processes to support business requirements.
• Develop scripts and automate tasks using Python.
• Support Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and data analysis initiatives.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ETL processes.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and development artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ensure timely delivery of high\-quality data integration solutions.

• *Required qualifications to be successful in this role**

Must\-Have Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in Informatica development.
• Strong hands\-on experience with Informatica ETL.
• Good knowledge of MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) tools and reporting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good development and technical documentation experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work from the client's office in Chennai.

Good\-to\-Have Skills

• BFSI/Insurance domain experience.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
• Exposure to performance tuning and data quality frameworks.
