### **Role description**

Team \- CEOPS \| Role \- Software Engineer \| Grade \- B7 / B8 \| 1 position \| Duration: 3 \- 6\+ months

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform \& Dynamics 365 Engineer with 9\-10 years of hands\-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customising Microsoft Dynamics CRM, along with a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales and Service processes. The candidate should possess excellent problem\-solving abilities, a deep understanding of business workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams. The role also involves leading the setup and implementation of Microsoft Sales Agent / Copilot\-based solutions, working closely with stakeholders across business and technology. Responsibilities Development/Troubleshooting \& Customisation Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions to meet business needs. Build and enhance Power Apps (Model\-driven apps) aligned to business workflows. Sales \& Service Process Expertise Design and implement solutions aligned with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules. Optimise sales lifecycle, lead\-to\-opportunity conversion, and service case management flows. Agent \& AI\-led Solutions Lead the setup and implementation of Microsoft 365 Sales Agent / Copilot\-based solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI\-driven capabilities into CRM processes. Provide guidance on GenAI and Copilot adoption within business workflows. Reporting \& Insights Design and customise Power BI reports and dashboards for Performance monitoring by fetching data from App Insight or Dataverse Integration Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with Azure services, Microsoft ecosystem, and third\-party applications. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for automation. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Lead design discussions, architecture decisions, and solution governance. Support \& Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve issues in existing Dynamics 365 customisations and Power Platform solutions. Ensure high availability and performance of deployed solutions. Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience 9\-10 years of hands\-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 customisation. Strong experience in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Core Technical Skills Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules. Strong expertise in customisation, plugins, workflows, and integrations. Experience working with Power BI and Azure Application Insight AI \& Agentic Capabilities Information Classification \- Restricted Exposure to Microsoft 365 Sales Agent / Copilot / first\-party agents (Nice to Have) Understanding of Generative AI and Copilot capabilities in enterprise scenarios. Soft Skills Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross\-functional environments. Certifications (Preferred) Microsoft certifications such as PL\-200, PL\-400, or equivalent.
