Job Summary

Research \& Development

• Research and identify new construction technologies, materials, methods, and industry trends.
• Explore innovative construction techniques to improve project quality, efficiency, and cost\-effectiveness.
• Study new building materials and evaluate their suitability for residential and commercial projects.
• Research alternative construction materials and cost\-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing construction methods and company specifications.
• Analyse current construction practices and recommend improvements in execution methods.
• Research modern architectural designs, building concepts, and construction technologies.
• Study new products, equipment, and technologies available in the construction industry.
• Evaluate new materials and products through technical analysis, sample testing, and site trials.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, design engineers, site engineers, and quality controllers to develop improved construction solutions.
• Research sustainable construction practices, energy\-efficient buildings, and environmentally friendly materials.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software is an added advantage.

• *Qualification \& Experience**

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

4\+ Years of Experience

Willingness to travel between assigned project sites

Location: Palakkad, Trissur, Kochi

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
