At Ericsson, we are driving digital transformation through automation, cloud\-native technologies, and modern DevOps practices. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer\-focused DevOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, CI/CD, infrastructure management, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will work closely with development, operations, customers, and business stakeholders to design, Create and maintain technical documentation, MOPs, and runbooks Engage independently with customers and stakeholders; lead technical discussions and drive delivery outcomes across multiple projects and environments.

This position requires strong expertise in scripting, automation, DevOps tools, container platforms, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• *Mandatory Skills**

Strong Shell scripting (Bash) and Python

Hands\-on experience with Ansible, YAML, and JSON

GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, and Gerrit or similar code review tools

Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm (OpenShift is a plus)

Working knowledge of Linux environments

Monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus

Agile/Scrum delivery experience

• *Good to Have**

Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP

Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow (preferred)

Telecom domain knowledge

GitOps tools (ArgoCD or FluxCD)

Kibana or ELK Stack

VMware, OpenStack, or virtualized infrastructure experience.

• *Soft Skills**

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Strong stakeholder management and customer\-facing experience

Analytical problem\-solving and an ownership mindset

Ability to mentor junior engineers and work in global teams
