Job Description

Supporting Change Management activities via a Change Readiness tool
Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk
Supporting the design of change implementation scheduling
Routine check on validation over Change requests against the procedural norms
Strong interpersonal and communication skills \& ability to work in a team environment

Ability to work independently with minimal direction \& strong written and verbal communication skills

Managing the change portfolio which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change

Implement and maintain build \& release pipelines with YAML in Azure DevOps

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pipeline failures

Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement improvements based on findings

Good to have exposure in Citrix
