Job Summary

We are looking for a **DevOps Engineer with 1–5 years of experience** to manage, monitor, and support our production and development infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with **AWS, Linux administration, CI/CD pipelines, Bash scripting, and database infrastructure**. The engineer will be responsible for deployment, infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing production support during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Linux\-based production and development servers.
• Manage and support infrastructure hosted on AWS.
• Build, manage, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate operational and deployment tasks using Bash/Shell scripting.
• Monitor production servers, applications, services, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Manage application deployments, releases, and rollback procedures.
• Perform server performance analysis and resource monitoring.
• Manage and troubleshoot NGINX and other Linux services.
• Support database infrastructure and troubleshoot database\-related operational issues.
• Work with MariaDB and MySQL databases.
• Monitor and support MongoDB infrastructure.
• Perform database backup, restore, and basic replication monitoring.
• Monitor logs and proactively identify infrastructure or application issues.
• Handle production incidents during assigned support shifts.
• Coordinate with Development and Support teams for issue resolution.
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure system availability, reliability, security, and performance.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of **Linux Administration**.
• Hands\-on experience with **AWS services and cloud infrastructure**.
• Good knowledge of **Bash / Shell Scripting**.
• Hands\-on experience with **CI/CD pipelines**.
• Experience with **MariaDB and MySQL database administration/support**.
• Experience with **MongoDB administration and monitoring**.
• Knowledge of database backup, restore, replication, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in production deployment and release management.
• Knowledge of NGINX and web server configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills.
• Understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, ports, and firewalls.
• Experience in production monitoring and incident troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git\-based deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of Docker and container\-based deployments.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
• Understanding of high\-availability production infrastructure.
• Experience supporting SaaS or cloud\-based applications.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.

Support Shift Requirement

• Candidate must be comfortable working in **support shifts / rotational shifts**.
• Responsible for monitoring and supporting production infrastructure during the assigned shift.
• Must respond quickly to production alerts and critical incidents.
• Should be available for escalation and coordination during critical production issues.
• Strong ownership and incident\-handling skills are required.

Education Qualification

• *B.Tech / MCA only**

Experience

• *1–5 years of relevant DevOps / Linux / Cloud Infrastructure experience.**

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a technically strong and responsible engineer who can independently troubleshoot Linux, AWS, CI/CD, and database infrastructure issues. The candidate should have a production\-support mindset, strong problem\-solving skills, and the ability to handle critical infrastructure incidents under pressure.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
