DevOps Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps intern who is passionate about cloud technologies, automation, and infrastructure. As a DevOps Intern, you will work closely with the DevOps team to support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment processes while gaining hands\-on experience with modern DevOps practices.

Location: HSR Layout, Sector 6, Bangalore

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

Cloud \& Infrastructure

Assist in deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Support infrastructure automation and configuration management activities.

Learn and contribute to infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.

CI/CD \& Automation

Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.

Support deployment automation and release processes.

Participate in improving development and deployment workflows.

Monitoring \& Operations

Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or CloudWatch.

Assist in troubleshooting deployment and infrastructure issues.

Help maintain system documentation and operational procedures.

Security \& Best Practices

Follow DevOps and cloud security best practices.

Support implementation of secure deployment processes.

Participate in incident resolution and post\-deployment monitoring.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Basic understanding of Linux operating systems.

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS).

Familiarity with Git and version control.

Understanding of networking fundamentals.

Basic knowledge of scripting using Bash or Python.

Understanding of Docker and containerization concepts is a plus.

Exposure to CI/CD concepts is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, or CloudWatch.

Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes concepts.

Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code is a plus.

Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.

Strong willingness to learn new technologies.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
