DGM- Finance & Accounts

We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Accounts Head to manage company overall accounting and financial operations. The Candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, All Direct and Indirect Taxation, Compliance, budgeting, management and leading the accounts team.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Manage overall accounting and finance operations.
• Supervise daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, TCS and income tax compliance, Direct or indirect taxes
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances and fund management.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and government authorities.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS and statutory filings.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
• Manage payroll accounting and expense verification.
• Ensure proper internal financial controls.
• Lead, guide and supervise the accounts team

• *Qualification**: Chartered Accountant (CA – ICAI)

• *Experience**: 8–15 years post qualification

• *Industry**: API / Bulk Drugs / Pharmaceutical / Chemical Manufacturing

• *Reporting to**: Director

Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹1,800,000\.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

• Derabassi, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
