Developer Job Summary We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer to support and execute SharePoint migration initiatives, primarily transitioning from on\-premises environments to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365\). The role involves development, customization, and assisting in migration execution while ensuring data integrity and improved user experience. Shape Key Responsibilities Migration Activities Assist in migrating SharePoint environments (SP 2010\) (SharePoint Online). Analyse existing sites, content, libraries, and workflows. Execute migration using tools such as: ShareGate Microsoft SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) Validate migrated data (documents, metadata, permissions). Shape Development \& Customization Develop solutions using: Power Apps and Power Automate. SharePoint Framework (SPFx). JavaScript, TypeScript. Modify and modernize existing SharePoint components. Replace legacy solutions (InfoPath, Macros) with Power Apps and Power Automate. Build Site pages and search pages using webparts. Shape
