Job description

We are looking for a creative and driven **Digital Marketing \- Content Creator** to elevate our construction brand's presence. You will bridge the gap between our on\-site engineering work and our digital audience by capturing project progress, producing engaging multimedia content, and managing our public media footprint.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Content Creation \& Videography**

• Visit construction sites to capture high\-quality photos, drone shots, and video walkthroughs of ongoing and completed projects.
• Produce engaging short\-form and long\-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn updates) showcasing project milestones and "behind\-the\-scenes" construction processes.
• Write compelling captions, project case studies, blog posts, and newsletter updates that highlight our engineering expertise and sustainability practices.
• Design professional graphics, project flyers, and social media banners using tools like Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite.

• *Media \& Social Media Handling**

• Plan and maintain a monthly content and publishing calendar aligned with company goals.
• Manage and grow our official social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Monitor online engagement, reply to client inquiries or comments, and build a positive digital community.
• Coordinate with managers and sales teams to highlight client handovers, safety records, and project launches.

• *Marketing Support \& Strategy**

• Support lead generation efforts by promoting company services through organic social media and basic digital campaigns.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, and website traffic) and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Stay updated with construction industry trends and digital marketing best practices to keep the brand relevant.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• **Experience:** 1 to 5 years of hands\-on experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (experience in real estate, architecture, or construction is a strong plus).
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or Canva/Photoshop).
• **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong visual storytelling eye.
• **On\-Site Adaptability:** Willingness and comfort with visiting active construction sites wearing proper safety gear to capture media
