We are a fast\-growing dental equipment startup offering a complete product portfolio — from everyday dental consumables and operatory essentials to cutting\-edge digital dentistry solutions including intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM chairside milling machines, and 3D printers. Our customers include individual dental clinics, dental colleges, hospital chains, and dental labs across the state.
We are building a lean, high\-performance sales team and looking for our first Sales Executive who can own and grow an entire state\-wide territory from the ground up.
This is not a back\-office sales role. You will be our face in the market — meeting dentists, demonstrating technology, building relationships with college HODs and hospital procurement committees, and closing deals ranging from ₹50,000 consumable orders to ₹20L\+ capital equipment installations.

- Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Build and manage a territory\-wide pipeline across clinics, colleges, hospital chains, and dental labs
- Conduct product demonstrations for digital dentistry solutions (intraoral scanners, 3D printers, milling machines)
- Drive repeat business on consumables and maintain strong account relationships
- Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) — senior dentists, HODs, and clinical directors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with full pipeline visibility
- Represent the company at IDA chapter events, dental expos, and college CMEs
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and new opportunities
- Coordinate with the backend team for order fulfilment, installation, and after\-sales support
- *What We Are Looking For**
- 3–7 years of field sales experience in dental equipment, dental consumables, or medical devices
- Proven track record selling to dental clinics, colleges, or hospitals in this state
- Existing relationships with dentists, dental college faculty, or hospital procurement teams
- Ability to sell both transactional (consumables) and consultative (capital equipment) products
- Strong clinical product knowledge — ability to speak fluently about dental workflows and procedures
- Self\-driven with the ability to manage a territory independently without micromanagement
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the state
- Prior experience selling digital dentistry products — intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM systems, or dental 3D printers
- Relationships with dental lab owners or CAD/CAM centres
- Experience working in a startup or early\-stage company environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools or basic sales reporting
Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
